Tha BMW X6 car

Some would call the BMW X6 a Sport Utility coupe, while others may refer to it as simply a 4x4 or 4x4 crossover.  Whatever you want to call it, the BMW X6 is a unique SUV in its own right.

The X6 operates on a 6-cylinder diesel or a 8-cylinder petrol engine with 8-speed automatic transmission.  BMW lists acceleration times at an amazing 5.4 seconds 0-62 in the 50i to 7.5 seconds 0-62 in the 30d, with a top speed of 130mph in the 30d to 155mph in the 50i.  Clearly BMW didn’t skimp on horses under the hood.

Fuel economy and environmental impact are respectable for the X6.  It is constructed with lightweight materials and employs brake energy regeneration which can improve fuel economy.  Fuel consumption averages 22-38mpg with CO2 emissions as low as 195g/km.

The X6 is designed to seat only four people, which provides driver and passengers with a super comfortable and roomy ride.  The downside to a four-passenger SUV is just that:  only four people can safely ride, causing some to conclude the X6 is simply a flamboyant behemoth of a car that‘s impractical for daily use.  Storage inside the cabin is significant, with nooks and crannies in a variety of places to keep items stowed neatly away.  The boot is long and shallow.  The X6 comes standard with BMW’s iDrive on the centre console and though intentions are helpful, the iDrive may take some getting used to.

Drivers of the used bmw X6 will find a solid ride with an incredible grip on the road, little lean and amazing agility.  The X6 handles rough terrain with ease thanks to its superb suspension, and its torque vectoring allows the X6 to handle corners superbly given its size.  The cabin is well-insulated, and except for a little road noise from the massive tyres, the cabin remains quiet.

Standard safety features for the BMW X6 include six airbags, traction control, ABS, front and rear anti-roll bars, tyre puncture warning system, crash-sensor activations, and child-locking system, to name a few.  A first-aid kit and warning triangle are staples of BMW safety and are included in all new vehicles.
